We make all our dough fresh using Italian 00 flour and prove it for 24 hours, making it the tastiest pizzas possible. It is then hand stretched and topped with fantastic quality ingredients like San Marzano tomatoes and  Fior di Latte mozzarella. Every pizza is stoned baked at 400c in a Gozney oven for around 90 seconds creating an authentic light Italian Pizza.
